Adopted outline on AI Verify Project Moonshot

On 31 May 2024, Singapore's Minister for Communications and Information announced the launch of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Verify Project Moonshot. The Project Moonshot is an open-sourced testing toolkit aimed at enhancing the security and safety of large language models (LLMs), which are fundamental to AI-driven solutions. Developed in collaboration with industry partners such as DataRobot, IBM, Singtel, and Temasek, the toolkit aims to establish global testing standards for AI safety and security. It aims to provide an easy-to-use platform for both technical and non-technical users to assess the quality and safety of AI models and applications.
