Brazil: Return of provisional measure prohibiting social media platforms from banning certain content by Federal Senate of Brazil

The president of the Federal Senate, the Upper House of Brazil's National Congress, has returned provisional measure decree (No. 1068) prohibiting social media platforms from banning certain content to President Bolsonaro, stopping the measure from having further effects and preventing it from entering into law permanently. On the same day, the Supreme Federal Court, the supreme court of Brazil, also suspended the decree.
