Argentina: Introduced Bill amending Law 27.078 Argentina establishing rights of users and consumers of ICT services

On 15 May 2024, the Bill amending Law 27.078 Argentina establishing the rights of users and consumers of ICT services was introduced to the Argentine Chamber of Deputies. The Bill would mandate direct human customer service, ensure the availability of service information across various platforms, and introduce a minimum one-year validity for prepaid service credits.
