Third blocking of TikTok lifted
On 2 July 2021, the Sindh High Court has lifted the suspension of TikTok it had ordered on 28 June 2021. This move was taken since the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) informed the court that it had already taken up investigations regarding the complaint by the complainant and was in the process of taking steps to alleviate the concerns raised as part of the complaint.
