Denmark: Adopted Data Protection Authority's AI-Specific Impact Assessment Template

On 22 May 2024, the Danish Data Protection Authority adopted an AI-Specific Impact Assessment Template. The template is designed to assist companies and authorities in performing accurate and timely impact analyses in accordance with data protection regulations. Impact assessments are required when a processing activity is likely to pose high risks to data subjects, helping to address these risks systematically.
