Closed Consultation on Outsourcing Regulations for Telecommunications and Cloud Computing Service Providers

On 17 January 2024, the Communications, Space & Technology Commission of Saudi Arabia (CST) closed its consultation on Outsourcing Regulations for Telecommunications and Cloud Computing Service Providers. The Regulations set out the conditions under licensed telecommunications service providers can outsource their services, including the necessary contractual obligations, the classification of different kinds of services, and the conditions under which further permission from the CST is required.
