Adopted Extension of Entity List Based on Export Administration Regulations Including Export Limitations

On 11 April 2024, the United States Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) added eleven companies to the Entity List based on its Export Administration Regulation (EAR). The BIS stated that the six Chinese companies that were added purchased US-controlled items and provided these to the Russian and Chinese militaries, thereby violating export control regulations. The entities on the list are subject to increased restrictions and require a BIS licence for all items subject to the EAR. The entities from China are Beijing Anwise Technology, Jiangxi Xintuo Enterprise, LINKZOL (Beijing) Technology, Shenzhen Jiasibo Technology, SITONHOLY (Tianjin), and Xi'an Like Innovative Information Technology. The other entities include Aerosila JSC SPE, Delta-Aero LLC, and JSC ODK-Star, which are based in Russia. The entities from the United Arab Emirates are Khalaj Trading and Mahdi Khalaj Amirhosseini.
