China: Published Second List of Registered Application Distribution Platforms Under the Provisions on the Management of Mobile Internet Application Information Services

On 8 April 2024, the Chinese Cyberspace Administration (CCA) published the second list containing 23 companies registered under Article 17 of the Provisions on the Management of Mobile Internet Application Information Services. In particular, Article 17 requires application distribution platforms to submit to the CCA certain information such as platform name, domain name, service qualification, the internet information service license, the platform management rules, and the service agreements. The list includes companies such as Zhongguancun Online Mobile App, Wandoujia and Alipay Platform.
