Description

Adoption of law introducing penalties for data protection breaches

Federal Law No. 19-FZ is adopted by the Duma. The Law increases the penalties for violations relating to the protection of personal data by introducing an administrative liability concerning the obligations to ensure stable and safe information and telecommunications network.
