Adopted regulation implementing the Italian FinTech experimentation
The Decree enforcing the Italian FinTech experimentation is adopted by the Italian Economy Ministry. The Decree implements a FinTech Committee delegated to conducting the FinTech experimentation and monitoring the evolution of the FinTech industry. The decree specifies the criteria that companies must comply with to participate in the experimentation, namely performing highly innovative activities in the banking, investment or insurance sector and derogation from the ordinary supervisory guidelines.
