Implemented Artificial Intelligence Policy Act including users rights (SB0149)

On 1 May 2024, the Artificial Intelligence Policy Act entered into force. The Act establishes a requirement for a person who uses, prompts or causes someone to interact with generative AI in connection with certain regulated activities under consumer protection law to clearly and conspicuously disclose that the interaction is with generative AI.
