On 13 March 2024, the Indiana Senate Bill 150 Creating Artificial Intelligence Task Force was signed by the Governor of the State of Indiana. The Bill establishes the Indiana Artificial Intelligence Task Force, which will conduct studies and issue recommendations on state bodies' use of artificial intelligence technology. The Bill will come into force on 1 July 2024.
