Executive order 13943 prohibiting transactions related to WeChat

The Executive Order "Addressing the Threat Posed by WeChat, and Taking Additional Steps To Address the National Emergency With Respect to the Information and Communications Technology and Services Supply Chain" is issued by the US Government. The Order prohibits every legal person in the US to conduct transactions with Tencent Holdings Ltd., that is the owner of the internet platform WeChat. The order shall be enforced within 45 days.
