Brazil: Introduced Bill to guarantee autonomy to the National Data Protection Authority (Bill no. 615/2024)

On 6 March 2024, the Bill to guarantee autonomy to the National Data Protection Authority (Bill no. 615/2024) was introduced to the Senate.
