Adopted Robocall Enforcement Partnership between FCC and Georgia's Office of the Attorney General

On 11 March 2024, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) announced a formal partnership with Georgia's Office of the Attorney General (Georgia AG) to protect consumers against robocall scams. This partnership is part of a series of Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) between the FCC's Enforcement Bureau and state robocall investigators, aiming to establish information sharing and cooperation structures to investigate spoofing attacks and robocall scam campaigns. As of now, the FCC's Enforcement Bureau has signed MOUs with forty-nine states, Guam, and the District of Columbia.
