LfDI Baden-Württemberg updated manual on international data transfers

The data protection authority of the southern state of Germany, Baden-Württemberg, announced on 1 October 2021, that it had issued an updated version of its manual with clearer guidelines on international data transfers based on the standard contractual clauses issued by the European Commission on June 4, 2021. In addition, the data protection body issued a section on their website with frequently asked questions, gathered during the public consultation on the delimitation of responsibilities and the concept of order processing.
