Entry into force with grace period of Philippine Mobile Number Portability Act
On 2 February 2019, the Philippine Mobile Number Portability Act was adopted by the President of the Philippines including a grace period. The Act allows mobile postpaid or prepaid subscribers to retain their mobile number after switching between different mobile service providers, without additional fees.
