China: TC260 List of 17 National Standards Projects for Network Security

On 19 February 2024, China's National Information Security Standardisation Technical Committee (TC260) adopted a list of 17 National Standards Projects for Network Security. The standards aim to ensure the security and integrity of network systems, data protection, and mitigation of various cyber threats. The standards include technical specifications for network traffic control products, information filtering products, anti-denial of service attack products, terminal access control products, data leakage protection products, data destruction software products and secure configuration check products. Furthermore, the list includes standards related to identity verification products, terminal security monitoring products, unified threat management products, software bill of materials data format and basic requirements for the security of generative artificial intelligence services.
