NYC postpones enforcement of data-sharing law while lawsuit is ongoing

New York City has announced that it will not enforce its law requiring food delivery service providers to share customer data with food service providers while the lawsuit filed by DoorDash is ongoing. DoorDash in turn withdrew its request for an injunction.
