Argentina: Adopted AAIP Resolution 38/2024 on poster design model to be used in the case of digital image collection

On 31 January 2024, the Argentine Agency of Access to Public Information (AAIP) adopted Resolution 38/2024 on the poster design model to be used in the case of digital image collection via video cameras. The poster is designed to provide citizens with easy access to the contact details of the data processing officer and the AAIP's communication channels. The poster includes the name, address, website, email, and contact number of the data processing officer, enabling individuals to exercise their rights of access, rectification, updating, and deletion of their personal data. The initiative aligns with Provision 10/2015, which sets the legal conditions for collecting digital images for security purposes.
