Announced Greek implementation of Digital Services Act (DSA)
On 24 January 2024, the Greek Central Government announced the Greek draft law implementing the Digital Services Act (DSA). The DSA, which is fully implemented by February 2024, requires the nomination of a Digital Services Coordinator, which, in Greece, will be the Hellenic Telecommunications and Post Commission.
