Introduced Kentucky Consumer Data Protection Act (SB 15)

On 3 January 2024, the Kentucky Consumer Data Protection Act (SB 15) was introduced to the Kentucky Senate. The Act aims to establish consumer data privacy rights, emphasising transparency, security, and individual control over personal information.
