United States of America: Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Agency publishes security guidance on outsourcing IT services

The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Agency (CISA), an agency under the oversight of the Department of Homeland Security, has published its guidance on outsourcing guidance to Managed Service Providers (MSPs). The guidance sketches out considerations for strategic, operational and tactical decision-making for both governmental and private organizations who are MSP clients.
