Switzerland: Adopted NCSC measures against phishing attacks

On 28 November 2023, the Swiss National Center for Cybersecurity (NCSC) recommended measures against phishing attacks targeting hotels. The NCSC advises hotels to take immediate action if infected, such as going offline, changing passwords, and, if confirmed, reinstalling the entire system. Regular backups and keeping systems updated are recommended. Further, hotel guests are urged to follow standard phishing safety measures and report suspicious emails to hotels and booking platforms.
