Adopted EU Commission Digital Services Terms and Conditions Database
On 1 December 2023, the European Commission launched the Digital Services Terms and Conditions Database. The database seeks to track the terms and conditions of digital services. The Digital Service Act (DSA) requires online platforms to provide an easy-to-understand, plain-language summary of their terms and conditions in the languages of the Member States where they operate. The purpose of the database is to provide users, regulators, and stakeholders with information on the terms and conditions. The database aims to enable regulators to evaluate compliance with DSA obligations.
