Signed Memorandum of Understanding between American CISA and Korean NIS concerning Cyber Threat Information and Cyber Security Best Practices

On 9 November 2023, the American Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) and the Korean National Intelligence Service (NIS) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) outlining cooperation activities between the authorities concerning sharing cyber threat Information and cybersecurity best practices. The parties will cooperate on critical infrastructure supply chain resilience, technical capabilities and mechanisms for cybersecurity threat response, best practices concerning cyber and infrastructure domains, and policies governing new technologies, including AI.
