Implemented Entity List established based on Export Administration Regulations including export limitations

On 17 October 2023, the United States Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) adopted and implemented the Entity List established based on Export Administration Regulations (EAR), including export limitations. The BIS identified 13 entities that are involved in the development of advanced computing integrated circuits (ICs) and whose actions conflict with the national security or foreign policy interests of the US. The entities will be subject to increased restrictions and require a BIS license for all items subject to the EAR.
