Opened consultation on ANPD Regulatory Sandbox on Artificial Intelligence and Data Protection in Brazil
On 3 October 2023, the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) opened a public consultation on Regulatory Sandbox on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Data Protection, developed in collaboration with the Development Bank of Latin America (CAF), until 1 December 2023. Specifically, the Regulatory Sandbox would allow participants to test AI technologies they developed in controlled environments against data protection frameworks to ensure compliance and the protection of individuals' rights.
