Japan: Published NISC Cybersecurity-Related Laws and Regulations Q&A Handbook

On 25 September 2023, the Japanese National Center of Incident Readiness and Strategy for Cybersecurity (NISC) published Version 2.0 of the Cybersecurity-Related Laws and Regulations Q&A Handbook. The Handbook is a comprehensive guide providing an overview of several cybersecurity laws and regulations. The Handbook aims to provide guidance to businesses and individuals in Japan on compliance with cybersecurity regulations.
