France: Launched Competition Authority investigation into company operating in the graphics card sector

On 26 September 2023, the Competition Authority of France announced that it opened an investigation and conducted an unannounced visit and seizure operation at a company suspected of implementing anti-competitive practices in the graphics card sector. The Competition Authority noted that the intervention doesn't presume guilt, and guilt will only be determined during the investigation into the alleged practices.
