China: Announced Legislative plan of the 14th National People's Congress Standing Committee

On 7 September 2023, China announced the Legislative plan of the 14th National People's Congress Standing Committee. The plan includes several legislative changes likely to affect the digital economy, including amendments to the Unfair Competition Law, the Product Quality Law, the Foreign Trade Law, the Customs Law, the Tax Collection Administration Law, and the Cybersecurity Law.
