Saudi Arabia: Closed consultation on SDAIA Draft AI Ethics Principles

On 1 September 2022, the public consultation, launched by the Saudi Data & Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) on their Draft AI Ethics Principles was closed. The AI Ethics Principles apply to all entities developing and using AI systems within Saudi Arabia and are intended, among other things, to establish standards for the responsible development and use of artificial intelligence systems. The Principles include fairness, privacy, and security, among others.
