Mexico: Closed Consultation on the draft of the Amendment to the Regulatory Provision on the Use of Electronic Media

On 22 July 2023, the Federal Economic Competition Commission (Cofece) closed a public consultation on the draft of the Amendment to the Regulatory Provision on the Use of Electronic Media. The draft contains changes to the use of Cofece's electronic procedures system, SITEC, in Cofece's proceedings.
