Issued ruling in an investigation into Arcelik Pazarlama AS regarding possible anticompetitive practices

On 9 August 2023, the Competition Authority issued its ruling in the investigation into Arçelik Pazarlama AŞ, an e-commerce platform, regarding potential anticompetitive practices. The Competition Authority found that Arçelik Pazarlama AŞ violated Article 4 of the Law on Protection of Competition No. 4054 due to its involvement in determining the resale prices of its resellers. As a result, an administrative fine of TL 365 million was imposed.
