Indonesia: Implemented Government Regulation 44/2021 Concerning the Implementation of the Prohibition of Monopolistic Practices and Unfair Business Competition

On 2 February 2021, the Indonesian government promulgated and implemented Government Regulation 44/2021 Concerning the Implementation of the Prohibition of Monopolistic Practices and Unfair Business Competition. The Regulation sets out the Indonesian Competition Commission's supervisory and enforcement functions under Indonesia's competition law, setting out the conditions for the imposition of administrative sanctions and appeals procedures.
