Announced KPPU merger case between Tokopedia and Gojek

On 3 February 2022, the Indonesian Competition Authority (KPPU) announced that it was conducting an evaluation of the proposed merger between Tokopedia and Gojek, two Indonesian digital platform providers. The KPPU expects the evaluation to be complete by 14 March 2022, after which it will issue its decision.
