Implemented Law 27590 establishing the National Program for the Prevention and Awareness of Cyberbullying against Children and Adolescents

On 14 February 2021, Law 27590, previously Bill 1046/20, establishing the National Program for the Prevention and Awareness of Cyberbullying against Children and Adolescents, entered into force. The Law aims to enhance protection for minors through a national educational campaign and enable the establishment by executive order of requirements to include information on grooming and cyberbullying on smart device's home screens.
