Argentina: Adopted AAIP Guidelines on Data Protection Impact Assessments

On 28 January 2020, the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), in collaboration with the Regulatory and Control Unit for Personal Data of Uruguay, issued Guidelines on Data Protection Impact Assessments. In particular, the Guidelines provide information regarding practices that could affect the individuals' data rights that entities have to consider when conducting a data protection impact assessments.
