On 25 November 2016, Law 19/2016 concerning Amendments to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions was implemented. The Law introduces a requirement for operators of electronic systems to provide a means of deleting electronic information and documents that are no longer relevant and to respond to requests for deletion from individuals.
