On 1 June 2016, the National Institute for Transparency for Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data (INAI) published the “Guidance on Compliance with Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties” aiming to facilitate data processor’s compliance with the obligations set out in the law.
