ACCC opens investigation into Facebook's proposed acquisition of Kustomer

On 30 March 2021, the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC) opened an investigation into Facebook's proposed acquisition of Kustomer, a U.S. customer relationship management provider. The investigation included a possibility for interested parties to submit their views by 22 April 2021. Results of those submissions were expected by 24 June 2021 but are still delayed as of 14 August 2021.
