Adopted COFECE Digital Strategy

On 30 March 2020, the Mexican Federal Economic Competition Commission (COFECE) published its Digital Strategy, outlining the challenges posed by the digital markets in order to ensure the efficient performance of the digital markets in Mexico through competition and free market access. In particular, it outlines the actions that COFECE will implement to address analyses and investigations of digital markets such as creating a Digital Markets Unit within COFECE, strengthening international cooperation, among others.
