Adopted third decree implementing the national cybersecurity perimeter, on scope of the perimeter

On 15 June 2021, a prime ministerial decree was adopted as part of the implementation of the National Cybersecurity Perimeter. It identifies the ICT assets included within the cyber perimeter, including hardware and software components that: perform telecommunications network functionality and services (access, transport, switching); provide security functionality for telecommunications networks and the data they process; relate to data acquisition, monitoring, supervision, control, implementation, and automation of telecommunications networks and industrial and infrastructural systems; as well as software applications for implementing security mechanisms. The decree foresees that this list will have to be updated at least once a year through another decree.
