United States of America: Rejected Constitutional Amendment Creating Right to Monetary Freedom in Texas Bill of Rights (HJR 146)

On 29 May 2023, Joint Resolution 146 proposing a constitutional amendment by adding a right to monetary freedom to the state constitution was rejected after failing to pass before the Texas' 88th legislature session adjourned.
