Rejected Biometric Information Privacy Act (HB 2716)

On 13 May 2022, the Missouri Biometric Information Privacy Act (HB 2716) was rejected after failing to pass before the legislature session adjourned. The Bill required companies that have collected biometric data to publish a plan of when and how this information would be deleted.
