Approved Beijing First Standard Contract for Exporting Personal Information
On 28 June 2023, the Internet Information Office of Beijing approved the first standard contract for the export of personal information which was submitted by Beijing Deyixin Data and Hong Kong Novartis Integrity. It is the first company in Beijing to receive authorisation after the “Measures on Standard Contracts for Exporting Personal Information Abroad” entered into force in 2023.
