Implemented Guidelines for Collaboration on Security and Justice for the telecommunications sector including location of computing facilities requirements

On 12 May 2015, the Guidelines for Collaboration in the Matter of Security and Justice for the telecommunications sector were implemented. In particular, Article 14 requires that data processing and storage systems utilised by authorised telecommunications providers to be located in the national territory to enable collaboration with the national security authorities.
