Indonesia: Adopted Notice Designating Companies for VAT on Digital Services and Products

On 14 April 2022, the Indonesian Directorate General of Taxation adopted Notice No. SP-30/2022, in which was announced that 103 companies have been designated to collect VAT on digital goods and services as of 31 March 2022. All 103 companies must collect a VAT of 11% on digital services and products sold to Indonesian customers. The Notice also states that a few designated companies have been either removed or modified.
