Launched Global Partnership on Artificial Intelligence (GPAI)

On 15 June 2020, the Global Partnership on Artificial Intelligence (GPAI) was created by 15 founding members (Australia, Germany, India, Italy, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, Korea, Singapore, Slovenia, the United Kingdom, the United States, and the European Union). The GPAI is built around a shared commitment to the OECD Recommendation on Artificial Intelligence and aims to bridge the gap between theory and practice on AI by supporting cutting-edge research and applied activities on AI-related priorities.
