Closed Public Consultation on Online Safety Regulation for children protection under the Online Safety Bill

On 21 March 2023, OFCOM (Office of Communications of United Kingdom) closed a public consultation. During the public consulation, Ofcom gathered evidence on risks to children online and how they can be addressed to implement online safety regulations under the Online Safety Bill. The consultation was necessary for the subsequent development of codes of conduct for child protection and the production of a risk assessment guide.
